HuYi cold shrink straight joints are made of specially formulated silicone rubber that offers excellent
insulation and moisture proof sealing for in-line cable connector systems or elbow to cable jacket applications. The
rubber sleeves are factory expanded and held over a removable, plastic rip core housing. Installs quickly and easily.
Requirements: IEC 60502.4, IEEE 48, GB 12706.4
We supply cold shrink straight joints for 1KV, 8.7/10(8.7/15)KV, 12/20(18/20)KV, 26/35KV as below chart.

1. The amazing performance of Huayi 35kv cable accessories in cable explosion accidents

In July 2014, due to severe overvoltage and overcurrent, the 35kv cable exploded about 70 meters, the cable smashed open, the copper shield burst, the insulation and the outer layer burned, and the fire brigade came to extinguish the flame of the cable burning. . See the photo of the field cable, the hole that exploded on the cable, the cracked shield, the cable steel smash exploded more than 70 meters, but the connected cable accessories (intermediate joint), but intact, safe and sound. This 35kv intermediate joint is produced by Huayi and shows an amazing quality.

In the past, our county cable accessories also exploded, but since the replacement of 35kv cable accessories into Huayi cable accessories in March 2010, there have been no problems. Until this explosion, the cable was exploded and the cable accessories were intact. Huayi's cable accessories show high reliability and high stability.

　　Underwater waterproof sealing performance test of 2.10kv cold shrinking intermediate joint

　　We are the city network management department of Chengdu Power Supply Bureau. In order to understand the waterproof sealing performance of cable accessories of Chengdu Huayi Company, we will resist the internal and external terminals ofthe 10kv cold-shrinking indoor and outdoor terminals and the intermediate joints of the Huayi Company after immersing water for 1.7 meters in half. The pressure test (indoor, outdoor and intermediate joints are installed on the same cable), the results show that the waterproof sealing performance of Huayi cable accessories is very good, the test report is as follows:
